BROWN RICE - Provides higher quantities of fibre and lower quantities of fat and protein than corn, wheat or soybean.

AMARANTH - Besides iron and protein, Amaranth is high in calcium, and it contains most of the B vitamins, as well as other minerals.

BARLEY - A carbohydrate, which provides the body with energy. Considered to be a non-allergenic grain.
